We review the three factors that make prediction difficult, viz: The multiple meanings of each House, the Termini that can be combined reciprocally in multiple ways, and External factors like Free will, age, gender social/cultural factors that condition how a direction can be delineated.

Determining the type of event depends principally on grasping a clear insight into the signification of the subject and recognizing the promittor's role as efficient cause that acts conform the subject's nature and disposition.

We then delve into the factors that condition both the Significator and the Promittor. After judging the criteria on how Significators and Promittors are determined, we determine next if the two termini of a direction agree or not, that is, are the two Termini of a given direction for concord or discord. This develops into a discussion of the five possibilities with five possible outcomes.
